Order Processing Time

All standard (ready-made) orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Custom orders are created based on your selected styles, materials, and colors.

Processing times may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Once your custom item is completed, it will ship within 3–5 business days.
Customers will be informed at the time of ordering how long their custom item is expected to take.
We will provide production updates when applicable.
