No Returns
We do not accept returns on any products, including:

- Accessories
- Custom orders
- Sale or promotional items
Please review product details, sizing, and color preferences carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or color selections
- Damage caused by customer use
- Normal wear and tear
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Handcrafted Variation
Because our products are handmade:
- Slight differences in color, texture, and materials may occur
- Item appearance may vary slightly from photos shown
These variations are part of the authenticity and charm of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damage
- Packaging photos (if applicable)
We will review the claim and assist based on shipping carrier policies.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final.
Please ensure your specifications, colors, and sizing are correct before approval.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Tracking delivery
- Being available to receive the package
We cannot refund orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
